Website Use and General Liability
Addatextiles.com, and all information, content, materials, and products included on or otherwise made available through the site, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise specified. Adda Textiles makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation or availability of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included or made available through it, unless otherwise specified. Use of the site is at your sole risk.
Access to pricing and purchasing on this site is limited to approved Interior Design Trade accounts. Adda Textiles reserves the right to verify trade credentials and to approve, deny, or revoke account access at its discretion.
Adda Textiles is not liable for any damages of any kind — including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages — arising from your use of the site, from any information, content, materials, or products included or made available through it, or from any products purchased through the site, unless otherwise specified. Certain state laws do not permit limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; if such laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
This site is hosted and operated using third-party platform and payment processing services. Adda Textiles is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or delays caused by such third-party services.
Due to differences in individual computers and monitors, actual fabric and product colors may vary slightly from their representation on the site; customers should always confirm color against a physical sample or cutting prior to placing an order.
Adda Textiles reserves the right to revoke the account and access rights of any registered user who violates these Terms and Conditions, including through misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized account use, or any improper or illegal conduct.
Warranty
Adda Textiles warrants that its fabrics will perform in accordance with generally accepted industry standards when used for their intended purpose and properly installed and maintained under normal, single-shift conditions, for a period of two (2) years from date of invoice. Additional finishes applied to fabrics after purchase will void this warranty.
This warranty is limited to a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product with a mutually agreed upon product, and does not include labor costs. This warranty does not cover: (1) use other than the intended purpose; (2) installation contrary to industry-standard installation practices; (3) inappropriate maintenance or cleaning methods; (4) reverse crocking; (5) improper storage or handling; or (6) any other damage or problem due to external causes unrelated to a fabric defect.
This warranty is non-transferable and non-assignable, and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Adda Textiles within the warranty period from date of invoice, following the same Return Authorization process outlined under Claims.
The above express warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Adda Textiles. All other warranties, express or implied, including as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Orders
To order products, check stock or prices, request samples, or inquire about the status of your order, please email hello@addatextiles.com. All orders must be in writing and are considered subject to approval.
Payment Terms
All orders require a 50% deposit, due at order placement, with the remainder of the balance (including any applicable taxes, freight, handling, etc.) due prior to shipment. Adda Textiles accepts ACH, wire transfer, check, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Pricing
Adda Textiles are sold to the Trade, and prices are listed at net price in USD. Prices are subject to change. Adda Textiles reserves the right to discontinue any pattern or color without prior notice. Pricing is FOB Brooklyn, NY 11249 or Graham, NC 27253, based on final destination.
Taxes
All sales, use, excise, and other applicable taxes shall be paid by the Customer. If the Customer is exempt from paying any tax, Customer must submit the appropriate tax-exemption certificates.
Shipping
All shipments are FOB origin as stated under Pricing. Adda Textiles ships in accordance with the customer's instructions provided in writing at the time of order. Unless the customer specifically requests partial shipments as completion occurs, Adda Textiles may await completion of the full order before shipping. Adda Textiles is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver resulting from carrier delay, transportation difficulty, or other cause beyond its reasonable control.
Upon request, shipment may also be available directly from Adda Textiles' warehouse in Italy. Please contact hello@addatextiles.com to inquire about eligibility, lead times, and freight costs for this shipping option.
Cancellations
Products are sold on a noncancelable basis, and cancellations cannot be accepted if the order has been cut and/or shipped.
Color Matching and Natural Fiber Variation
Commercially acceptable variations in color, hue, and texture may occur between production or dye lots, and are inherent to textiles woven from natural fibers. Adda Textiles cannot guarantee an exact color match between orders placed at different times. If an exact match is required, a cutting for approval must be requested at the time the order is placed.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are subject to minimum yardage requirements and up to 10% overage. Orders for custom products require a non-refundable 50% deposit, are noncancelable. Custom yardage is non-returnable.
Discontinued Products
Discontinued patterns and colors may remain available for a limited time while stock lasts, or may be produced to order for a minimum yardage requirement. Please confirm current pricing and availability with Adda Textiles before placing an order for a discontinued item. No returns will be accepted on discontinued products.
Claims
Customers should examine all products upon receipt to verify they are correct and as ordered. Customer is responsible for inspecting materials prior to installation. Claims for damaged materials that have been installed may not be honored. Claims relating to product defects or mis-shipped orders must be submitted in writing to Adda Textiles no later than 30 days from date of invoice. A Return Authorization is required prior to returning a claim. To request a Return Authorization, please contact hello@addatextiles.com and include your order information.
If the claim is approved, Adda Textiles will issue a return shipping label at their cost. The Return Authorization must be included in the return to ensure accurate processing of your claim. If the Return Authorization is issued, the product must be received to Adda Textiles within 30 days of issue date for credit to be processed. Adda Textiles will correct the order and reship at its cost or, if not possible, will issue a refund or credit.
Returns
Customers should examine all products upon receipt to verify they are correct and as ordered. Certain products are sold only on a non-returnable basis and require a signed acceptance of terms prior to order processing. In some cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
Requests for returns will not be accepted after 30 days from invoice date, and no return will be accepted without a Return Authorization. The Return Authorization must be included in the return to ensure accurate processing of your claim. If a Return Authorization is issued, yardage must be received by Adda Textiles within 30 days of issue date for credit to be processed. Returns of textiles will only be accepted for full bolts that are uncut and in salable condition.
All returns are subject to 35% restocking charge. Outbound and return freight charges will not be credited and are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted for specially processed or discontinued products.
Force Majeure
Adda Textiles is not liable for delay or failure to perform due to force majeure, or an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond its control such as war, labor strike, pandemic, flood, fire, or due to any cause beyond reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Adda Textiles reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice; all orders are subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the order is placed.
